Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nesto CRM, including its website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Early access
Nesto is currently available for free early-access testing. Features may change, be incomplete, or occasionally be unavailable. We may set reasonable usage limits or suspend a feature to protect users and the Service. We will not charge you unless you separately choose a paid plan after clear pricing and payment terms are presented.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You give Nesto permission to host, process, transmit, and back up that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that data.
4. Testing-data limits
During early access, do not upload payment-card data, Social Security numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data. Keep an independent copy of important business data while testing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate law or another person’s rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, introduce malware, bypass access controls, probe accounts or systems without permission, interfere with the Service, or resell access unless Nesto has agreed in writing.
6. Connected services and AI
Features that connect to third-party providers are also subject to those providers’ terms. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate and require your review before use. You remain responsible for messages, decisions, and actions taken from your account.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Account and workspace deletion tools are available in Settings, subject to reasonable backup-retention and legal obligations.
8. Disclaimers
The early-access Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Nesto disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that the Service will meet every business requirement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nesto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Nesto’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Nesto in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice in the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
