These terms govern your use of Nesto CRM (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. This is a starter template — replace it with terms reviewed by your counsel before launch.
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
