Nesto Support
For product or account help, email support@nestocrm.com. Include the email on your Nesto account and a short description of what happened.
Keep private information out of email
Never send a password, one-time code, API key, payment-card number, or CRM export. Support will arrange a safer handoff if diagnostic information is needed.
Lost authenticator access
Nesto uses provider-backed authenticator factors and does not issue recovery codes. If you still have one verified authenticator, sign in and add a backup before removing the old one. If every authenticator is unavailable, email support from the address on your Nesto account. Support cannot accept a password or one-time code and cannot bypass verification automatically.
Request an account access reviewA reviewed lost-factor recovery uses the authentication provider’s factor-removal workflow and signs out every active session. Support will not claim to identify individual devices because the provider does not supply a trustworthy per-device inventory.
Account deletion file review
If the deletion checklist says files are still assigned to your sign-in identity, Nesto pauses deletion so shared workspace files are not destroyed. Resolve every workspace and active upload first, then email support from the address on your Nesto account.
Request a safe file reviewInclude only a short description. Do not attach CRM files or send a password, verification code, API key, or payment information. Support will verify the request, preserve files that belong to a surviving workspace, remove only files approved for deletion, and ask you to retry only after the deletion checklist is clear.
